Whiston Town Council oversees three Community Centres within the Township of Whiston offering local residents and voluntary groups the opportunity to hire these facilities for various activities ranging from indoor bowls to dancing.
Whiston Town Hall, being the largest capacity Centre holding approximately 150 people, is frequently used for weekend functions and various shows.
The George Howard Centre can accommodate up to 80 people which may be used for childrens parties and meetings or training days.
The smallest of the Town Councils facilities is the Robert Foulkes Centre. This is currently used by a number of smaller groups for regular meetings. The Centre can be used by up to 50 people.
